Directions

  1. Roast the coconut flakes at 150°C. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the room temperature butter with the sugar and brown sugar, add the egg with the egg yolk, vanilla essence, and mix again.
  3. Add the solid mixture, mix with a spatula and incorporate the toasted and cooled coconut flakes together with the white chocolate drops.
  4. Form small balls and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180°C. Remove and serve. Enjoy!
