Directions

  1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Place baking paper at the base of an 18 cm diameter pan.
  3. Add the shortcrust pastry to the pan, spread over the entire surface and flatten well.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Take out and cool completely.
  6. For the Filling. Mix the cream cheese with the boiled condensed milk, add the eggs one at a time, finally pour in the condensed milk and mix.
  7. Add the filling over the cooled crust, bake for 1 hour at 150 °C, reduce the temperature to 90 °C and bake for another 1 hour.
  8. Let it cool for 2 hours in the oven and then refrigerate overnight.
  9. Cut and serve with pleasure! Enjoy!
