Directions

  1. Mix with a whisk: milk, oil, mustard and egg.
  2. Add: sifted flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  3. Finally, add: grated cheese and chopped garlic.
  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Add 1/3 of the composition in a rectangular shape.
  6. If desired, add sliced ​​olives and a few slices of sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Again add 1/3 of the composition, olives and tomatoes.
  8. Finally, add the remaining mixture, decorate with olives and place the tray in the preheated oven at 175 °C for 55-60 minutes.
  9. Take out and cool.
