For a pie we need two sheets of pie.
Grease a sheet with melted butter, overlap another sheet, grease with melted butter, divide into three equal parts, cutting the edges a little.
Add to a filling edge, fold the edges slightly, then the sides, add in the 2nd filling, bend the sides, cover with the first part and again fold the edgess of the 3rd one.
We transfer the pies on a tray lined with paper, grease with beaten egg and bake 40 minutes- temperature 180 C.
