Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the very soft butter with sugar until it doubles in volume or until the texture becomes creamier.
  2. Break the eggs gently incorporating them into the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a buttered pan, leveling it gently, cover with halves of plums.
  5. We sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake the cake for 50-55 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool completely and enjoy. Bon appétit!
