Place dark chocolate, butter and milk in a saucepan.
Place the pan on the stove, stir until smooth and serve immediately.
In a large bowl, sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and mix the ingredients.
Pour in the chocolate mixture, add sugar, vanilla essence and room temperature eggs, mix the ingredients until small lumps form.
Pour the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper.
Place in a preheated oven at 160°C for 60 minutes.
Let the cake cool, dust the entire surface with cocoa powder and serve with a scoop of ice cream (optional).
