Directions

For the dough, mix the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, continuing to mix.
Sift the flour, add the salt and baking powder by continuing to mix again.
Pour the melted butter and the lemon essence, mix again.
At the end incorporate the strawberries.
Transfer to a rectangular form and bake 35-45 or even 50 minutes at 180 °C.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool and enjoy.
