    500 g
  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 30%

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, two eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar (optional), sour cream and mix with a fork until you get this consistency.
  2. Now add the flour. I used rice flour for a lower-calorie option, but you could also use regular wheat flour.
  3. Add white chocolate pieces and mix thoroughly again.
  4. Carefully spread half of the dough and smooth it out.
  5. Add currants to the other half and stir until the mixture turns a soft purple color.
  6. Apply the composition over the first layer and level everything.
  7. Now sprinkle almond flakes on top and put them in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  8. This looks delicious. Perfect for breakfast or a not-too-sweet dessert!
  9. Very delicate, and the contrast between the white chocolate and currant is simply stunning.
