Directions

In the bowl of a food processor, mix the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, sugar, and softened butter until the mixture is as homogeneous as possible.
Transfer the mixture into a pastry bag, distribute it into the desired shapes, and freeze for about 2 hours.
Dip each curd bar into strawberry puree and then return it to the freezer for 1 hour.
Melt the white chocolate with the butter and oil, then cool it down to 28 °C.
Dip each curd bar in the glaze and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
