Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add: butter, honey, sugar, heavy cream and vanilla essence.
  2. Mix and boil over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Once it starts boiling, pour in the liqueur, increase the temperature, and stir continuously for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Grease the shape with butter and fill with caramel. Refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Remove and enjoy the candy.
  6. Enjoy your meal.
