Directions

  1. In the bowl of a kitchen robot, combine the flour, hard cheese, rosemary, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the softened butter and pulse until combined, resulting in a crumbly mixture.
  3. Place the dough onto a sheet of plastic wrap, gather it into a flat disc, wrap it up, and chill it for 1 hour.
  4. Stretch the dough between two sheets, placing herbs on the surface of the dough.
  5. Cut out 4 cm circles, transfer them to a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes - Temperature 170 °C, or until the cookies start to turn golden brown at the edges.
