Directions
In a bowl, beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar, add the peanut butter and oil.
Continuing to beat, add the egg and yolk, then the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Form a ball.
Roll out the dough between 2 baking sheets to a thickness of 0.8 mm.
Form circles, then another smaller circle in the middle, remove the excess dough.
Brush all the biscuits with beaten egg white and add peanuts here and there.
Bake the biscuits for 16-17 minutes at 160 °C.
Serve with pleasure.
