For the crust: mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter.
Transfer into a 23 cm diameter pan, form the base and press down firmly. Bake for 10 minutes at 140°C.
For the cream: we mix the cream cheese with the sugar.
We add the cornstarch.
Incorporate the eggs, pour in the vanilla extract, add the salt and the grated orange zest.
Finally, add the cream and stir everything until smooth.
Pour the cream over the cake base and bake for 90 minutes at 120°C.
Let it cool completely and then chill it for 6 hours.
FOR THE ORANGE CREAM: melt the chocolate with the orange juice in the microwave.
Pour it over the cream, refrigerate for 1-2 hours, and then we can enjoy it with pleasure.
