Directions

  1. Chop the onion and fry it in heated oil together with a grated clove of garlic.
  2. Add the meat and fry it, then add the diced carrots and peas.
  3. Season the flour with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste and cook over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
  4. Then add tomato paste and water, once it starts to boil, reduce heat to low and leave for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, add and mix the mashed potatoes with the melted butter Căsuța Mea and milk Căsuța Mea.
  6. After this time, place the meat and vegetables in the pan, then a layer of puree on top, trying to smooth it out as little as possible, and finally, compact or spread a layer of Căsuța mea cheese.
  7. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
  8. Remove and serve with pleasure.
