Mix the gelatin with the water and leave for 10 minutes to swell.

Pour the melted gelatin into the microwave and mix.
Incorporate half of the berries.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter mold, lined on the outside with food wrap and on the inside with acetate film.
Sprinkle with the remaining berries and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Remove the shape ring and the foil.
Transfer to a plate, cut and enjoy. Enjoy!
