Directions

  1. Mix the gelatin with water & let for 10 minutes to swell.
  2. In a vessel we mix: the cream with the sugar & vanilla sugar, Allow for 5 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
  3. We pour the melted gelatin into the microwave & mix.
  4. We incorporate half of the apples.
  5. We pour the composition into the form with a diameter of 20 cm, wrapped with food foil outside the shape & inside with aceated foil.
  6. Press with the remaining apples & give in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  7. We remove the ring & foil ring.
  8. We transfer to the plateau, cut & enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
