Directions

  1. Boil the arborio rice with our rice in water for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the vanilla sugar to the milk and boil for 2-3 minutes. Cover with a lid and set aside.
  3. Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes. In a pan, add the butter, pears, sugar, and vanilla seeds. Sauté for 5 minutes or until the pears turn golden brown.
  4. Serve the porridge with caramelized pears and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
