    115 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    1 l
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    200 ml
  • Sugar
    180 g
  • Vanilla Sugar

Directions

  1. Bring the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs together with the cornstarch.
  3. Gradually pour the boiling milk over the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  4. Return the mixture to the pot, bring it back to the heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter mold (lined with parchment paper) and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Let it cool, then put it in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!
