Raspberry and white chocolate tart

  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%

  • Raspberry
    250 g

Directions

  1. Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter.
  2. Add the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mold.
  3. Flatten the base and raise the walls.
  4. Prepare the filling: in a bowl, melt the white chocolate with the butter and cream in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  5. Add the raspberries over the top and pour the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve with pleasure.
  7. Enjoy!
