Raspberry

Directions
Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter.
Add the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mold.
Flatten the base and raise the walls.
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, melt the white chocolate with the butter and cream in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Add the raspberries over the top and pour the melted chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve with pleasure.
