Directions

  1. Mix soft butter with sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the egg and mix again.
  3. Add flour and salt. Mix well with a spatula, then add flour and knead the dough with your hands.
  4. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. For the filling, thoroughly mix sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, one egg and two tablespoons of cornstarch.
  6. Roll out the dough and place it in a baking pan. I used one 24 cm diameter pan. Trim off any excess dough.
  7. Place berries on the dough (I used blackcurrants and raspberries), then pour in the filling and let it cover the entire surface.
  8. Bake the pie for 45 minutes at 170 degrees, then let it cool for several hours.
  9. Enjoy!
