Put the milk to boil,
Once it reaches a simmer, lower the temperature and let it reduce by approximately 1/2 of its volume (be sure to stir periodically).
In a well-heated pan, melt the butter on low heat, add the walnuts, and fry until they are golden brown.
Remove the nuts from the pan, add the noodles, and fry until we get a brown color.
In the pot with reduced milk, add sugar with cardamom seeds, mix, and add the fried noodles.
Boil the noodles until they soften, serve hot with nuts, dried or fresh fruits.
