Directions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the onion and carrot.
  2. Add vegetables to a hot frying pan with oil.
  3. Simmer until carrots are soft.
  4. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes.
  5. Blend everything.
  6. Add cheese, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Blend again until smooth.
  8. You will get 2 servings of soup for family gourmets.
