Directions

Clean and cut into thin slices onion & carrot.
Add the vegetables to a cracked oil.

Blend everything.
Add our cheese, season with salt & black pepper to taste.
Blend once until you receive a fine composition.
You will get 2 servings of soup for family gourmets.
