Directions

  1. Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the peppers and let them cool.
  4. Peel the pepper and remove the seeds.
  5. Cut the pepper into pieces.
  6. Place onion, carrot, celery stalk and garlic, chopped as desired, in a frying pan or saucepan heated with oil.
  7. Fry the vegetables for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add sweet pepper, paprika, season with salt, black pepper to taste and water.
  9. Boil for 10 minutes.
  10. Blend until smooth.
  11. At the end, add cream cheese and our sour cream, mix a little more.
  12. The soup turned out very tasty and easy to prepare; if desired, it can be served with breadcrumbs, sour cream, and herbs.
