  • Pumpkins
    300 g
  • Potatoes
    2 pc
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    450 ml
  • Carrot
    1 pc
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, if necessary.
  2. Cut 300 g of pumpkin, 2 potatoes, and 1 carrot into cubes.
  3. Place all the vegetables in a pot, season with salt and black pepper, and pour in 450 ml of milk.
  4. Cook over medium–low heat until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Use a blender to puree until smooth, without lumps.
  6. Serve the soup as desired with sour cream, microgreens, or croutons.
  7. Enjoy!
