Ground black pepper
Directions
Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, if necessary.
Cut 300 g of pumpkin, 2 potatoes, and 1 carrot into cubes.
Place all the vegetables in a pot, season with salt and black pepper, and pour in 450 ml of milk.
Cook over medium–low heat until the vegetables are soft.
Use a blender to puree until smooth, without lumps.
Serve the soup as desired with sour cream, microgreens, or croutons.
