Directions

  1. We peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
  2. We add chopped roasted walnuts, raisins, sugar, and mix.
  3. For 1 strudel, we will need 4 sheets of Fillo pastry.
  4. We place a sheet of phyllo dough on the work surface, brush with melted butter, then place another sheet, brush with melted butter as well, place the third sheet, spread with cream cheese, cover with the last sheet of dough, and brush with butter.
  5. We spread 1/3 of the apple filling on half of the sheet and roll it up.
  6. Transfer to a parchment paper, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar, chopped nuts, and bake for 30-40 minutes, Temperature 170 C. Enjoy!
