Directions

  1. For the dough, in the bowl of a food processor, add all the ingredients, knead the dough for 10-15 minutes (cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 90 minutes).
  2. For the filling: Mix together: sugar with room temperature butter and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with a thickness of 5-6 mm.
  4. Add the filling, spread it over the entire surface, sprinkle with chocolate flakes, roll vertically, cut in half lengthwise and shape the roll.
  5. Transfer it to a rectangular tray with dimensions: 34x10 cm.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes.
  7. Brush the hair with beaten egg and bake for 60 minutes at a temperature of 170°C.
  8. Cool and serve with loved ones. Happy holidays!
