Mix together: sugar with room temperature butter and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with a thickness of 5-6 mm.
Add the filling, spread it over the entire surface,
sprinkle with chocolate flakes,
roll vertically,
cut in half lengthwise and shape the roll.
Transfer it to a rectangular tray with dimensions: 34x10 cm.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes.
Brush the hair with beaten egg and bake for 60 minutes at a temperature of 170°C.
