Directions

  1. Boil the rice in slightly salted water until half cooked.
  2. Cut the top off the well-washed and dried pumpkin. Remove the seeds and fibers from the inside.
  3. Slice the plums and apricots that have been thoroughly washed.
  4. Mix the rice with prunes, apricots, raisins, butter, sugar, cinnamon and grated lemon zest.
  5. Fill the pumpkin, cover with a lid, and bake for 1 hour at 200°C.
  6. Serve the dessert with yogurt and honey. Enjoy!
