Directions

  1. For the filling: in a hot pan, add the oil and diced onion.
  2. Simmer until soft, add the diced mushrooms, simmer until all the liquid evaporates.
  3. Let the mixture cool completely.
  4. Let the mixture cool completely. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, blend with a blender until the texture becomes smooth.
  5. Add the minced meat, finely chopped herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix everything well.
  7. For the crust: mix the eggs with the sour cream, add the semolina with the grated cheese, mix.
  8. Pour the dough into a rectangular shape measuring 35-45 cm, spread it over the entire surface.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 °C.
  10. Take out the cake, let it cool for 10 minutes, then turn it over on a mat or paper.
  11. Add the filling, spread it over the entire surface, leaving 1-2 cm space at one edge.
  12. Roll in length.
  13. Transfer the roll to aluminum foil and wrap well in several layers.
  14. Bake the roll for 45 minutes at 190 °C.
  15. Take out the roll, let it cool a little and serve the snack both hot and cold.
