Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and cover a baking tray with baking paper, (I used a 22 cm round tray).
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and salt for 1-2 minutes. 3. We add almond extract (optional for a more intense almond taste) and almond flour,
Mix until homogenized. Add the melted butter, mix gently. Pour into the prepared tray and bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the almond flakes and place in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
It is cooled in shape and is savored both hot and cold.
