Directions

  1. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve.
  2. On top of the cottage cheese, add: sour cream, melted butter, salt, sugar, lemon zest and semolina.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with a blender 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed eggs and mix.
  5. On top we add: cranberries washed in slightly lukewarm water, drain the water and dry the cranberries with a paper towel.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Pour the resulting mixture into a rectangular pan greased with butter and lined with baking paper.
  8. Place the mold in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Turn the cake pan onto a plate, remove the baking sheet and let it cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
  10. For the glaze: melt the chocolate with the oil in the microwave.
  11. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and pour the chocolate mixture over the entire surface.
  12. Transfer to a serving dish.
  13. Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to stabilize the chocolate.
  14. Cut and serve.
