Directions

Wrap the corn in aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Remove the corn from the aluminum foil, place it in a well-heated frying pan and fry on each side.
In a bowl, add Căsuța Mea butter, hot pepper, black pepper and salt to taste.
Add flavored oil and stir.
Spread the corn on each side with butter, grated mozzarella and chopped parsley.
Serve the corn hot!
