  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Mixture of mushrooms
    250 g
  • Thyme
    2 leaf
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. In a saucepan we pour: water, milk, add the butter & season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Since boiling add the corn, mix & boil for 3-4 minutes, finally incorporate the cheese cream & cheese.
  3. We leave aside as we deal with mushrooms.
  4. We clean the mushrooms & cut them in halves.
  5. Calim in a pan with butter, until they are prepared.
  6. In the end add the chopped garlic, fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. We serve mushroom and greenery.
  8. Enjoy your meal.
