Directions
In a saucepan we pour: water, milk, add the butter & season with salt and pepper to taste.
Since boiling add the corn, mix & boil for 3-4 minutes, finally incorporate the cheese cream & cheese.
We leave aside as we deal with mushrooms.
We clean the mushrooms & cut them in halves.
Calim in a pan with butter, until they are prepared.
In the end add the chopped garlic, fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper to taste.
We serve mushroom and greenery.
