Directions
Add the liver liver clean and wash in a bowl, pour the butter and leave for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile we heat the onion with the carrot cut the rounds with 30 grams of butter, 7-10 minutes over medium heat stirring regularly.
Add the liver liver of milk and still calm 7-10 minutes.
Pour the whipped cream, boil 4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, add the remaining butter and mix everything 4-5 minutes with a blender.
For jelly: We soften the jelatina in 30 ml of cold water, let for 10 minutes to swell.
In a saucepan add the sugar, the remaining water and the cranberries, mix.
Since it boils, drain the mixture well through a sieve.
Add the gelatin and mix until it melts.
We divide the prepared pate into jackets or desired shapes, over pour the jelly mixture.
We give in the refrigerator for a few hours.
