Directions

  1. Add the liver liver clean and wash in a bowl, pour the butter and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile we heat the onion with the carrot cut the rounds with 30 grams of butter, 7-10 minutes over medium heat stirring regularly.
  3. Add the liver liver of milk and still calm 7-10 minutes.
  4. Pour the whipped cream, boil 4 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, add the remaining butter and mix everything 4-5 minutes with a blender.
  6. For jelly: We soften the jelatina in 30 ml of cold water, let for 10 minutes to swell.
  7. In a saucepan add the sugar, the remaining water and the cranberries, mix.
  8. Since it boils, drain the mixture well through a sieve.
  9. Add the gelatin and mix until it melts.
  10. We divide the prepared pate into jackets or desired shapes, over pour the jelly mixture.
  11. We give in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  12. Serve with pleasure.
