  • Water
    100 ml
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    200 ml
  • Mozzarella Căsuța Mea for Pizza and Sandwiches
    300 g
  • Asparagus
    200 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the mustard and cook for one minute.
  2. Pour the water or vegetable broth, the cooking cream, add the asparagus cut into 5 mm thickness.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by more than half.
  4. Grate the mozzarella, add the previously boiled and drained pasta, season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  5. Mix and enjoy. Bon appétit!
