  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%

  • Parmesan

Directions

  1. Add the butter to a well-heated pan along with the sliced bacon, letting it brown nicely.
  2. In a bowl, add the sweet cream, the egg yolks, and the grated Parmesan, seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the ingredients until smooth and pour the mixture over the bacon.
  4. Boil and take from the heat.
  5. Add the previously drained, cooked pasta.
  6. Serve on a platter with grated Parmesan if desired.
  7. Serve with pleasure!
