  • Lemon Zest
    to taste
  • Single Cream (Half-and-Half) Căsuța Mea 15%
    120 ml
  • Black Pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. Place the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water. Cook according to the instructions on the package, about 14 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a heated pan.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and transfer it to the pan with melted butter. Add the baby spinach and green peas.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, mix well, and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add the grated Parmesan and black pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the pasta to a plate, grate lemon zest and a little more Parmesan on top, then serve.
