Directions

  1. In a cast iron pan, brown the prosciutto, add the chopped garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms with the butter and sauté until they brown.
  3. Add the spinach, mix until it wilts and remove from heat.
  4. In another bowl, mix the sour cream with the heavy cream, season with salt, black pepper, nutmeg and oregano to taste. Crack the eggs, mix again.
  5. Cover the cake with the egg mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, temperature 185 °C.
  8. Take out of the oven, decorate with herbs and serve. Enjoy!
