  • Ketchup
    2 tbsp
  • Mustard
    2 tsp
  • Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut each sausage into 5-6 equal pieces. For the dough, crack the egg, add the salt and sugar, and mix.
  2. Pour in the milk, add the flour along with the baking powder and nutmeg. Mix until we have a smooth batter.
  3. Pierce each piece of sausage with a toothpick. Roll it in flour, then dip it in batter.
  4. Fry for 5-7 minutes in a well-heated pot with oil. Drain the excess oil on paper towels.
  5. For the sauce, mix: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and black pepper. Enjoy the hot sausages with the sauce. Bon appétit!
