Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, oil and vodka. Then pour boiling water, mix well and form an elastic dough.
  2. We cover the dough in the food film and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Ramat Mozarella, Suluguni and mix them in a bowl.
  4. We spread the dough into a thin sheet and cut the right size circles. Add the cheese filling on each circle, then fold and glue the edges.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beets until they become golden and crisp on both sides.
