We add weight over dough & bake 10 minutes, temperature 180 C,
We remove the weight & bake for 10 minutes.
Grease with beaten egg & let it cool completely.
Add boiled condensed milk mixed with 1 teaspoon.
For the cream, mix: the soft butter with the sugar, until the texture is fluffy, incorporate the eggs in a row, mixing between each, at the end add the almonds ground, mix again until homogenized.
Add the cream over the boiled condensed milk.
Place slices of pears in a fan form & bake 40-50 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut & serve.
