Spread 500 grams of dough in a 30 cm diameter pan.
Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Add weight on top of the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C,
remove the weight and bake for another 10 minutes.
Brush it with beaten egg and let it cool completely.
Add boiled condensed milk mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt.
For the cream, mix the softened butter with the sugar until the texture is fluffy, then we incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Finally, we add the ground almonds with the flour and mix again until well combined.
Add the cream over the boiled condensed milk and level it.
Arrange slices of pear in a fan shape and bake for 40-50 minutes.
Let it cool down a little, then cut and serve.
