  • Green onions

Directions

  1. In a hot pan we melt the butter, Add the onion with the sweet pepper cut into cubes, calims 6 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes to tomato sauce, sugar, salt & season with black pepper to taste.
  3. We scrape garlic & boil 10 minutes at low temperature, Add the chopped green onion, make 3 depths, break each 1 egg & leave for 5-6 hours to fry.
  4. Press with green onion & peppermint. Enjoy your meal!
