Directions

  1. In a bowl, gather the egg yolks, mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk well until the volume of the ingredients increases.
  3. Gradually pour in very small amounts of oil, stir, pour, stir, until you have used up all the oil.
  4. When the mixture has already become thicker and denser, pour in the lemon juice, and stir again.
  5. Finally, pour in the milk, stir, and add salt if needed.
  6. Mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Enjoy!
