  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    40 g
  • Сhampignon mushrooms
    400 g
  • Oil
    1-2 tbsp
  • Thyme
    to taste
  • Bay Leaf
    1 pc
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste
  • Greens
    to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a spacious pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the washed buckwheat and lightly sauté it for 4–5 minutes, stirring continuously, until it takes on a slightly golden color and a pleasant aroma.
  3. Pour the vegetable broth (or stock) over the buckwheat and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover with a lid (or aluminum foil), and let the buckwheat rest for about 15 minutes, until the liquid is fully absorbed.
  4. In another pan, heat the oil and add the sliced mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle the thyme and add the bay leaf. Fry the mushrooms until they are nicely browned and slightly crispy.
  6. Add the cooked buckwheat over the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently mix to combine the flavors.
  7. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with fresh herbs. Enjoy! 🌿🍄
