Directions

  1. In a pan, roast the sesame seeds over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, thoroughly beat room temperature butter with sugar, break an egg there, add sifted flour, vanilla essence and salt.
  4. Continue mixing for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the roasted and cooled sesame seeds, mix everything well.
  6. Wrap the composition with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.. to make it easier to shape the cookies.
  7. Form balls of 30 g each, place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Leave 4-5 minutes between cookies, then place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12 minutes (or until lightly browned).
  9. As soon as we take the biscuit out of the oven, it will be soft, but after 5 minutes it will harden and become very crispy and super tasty.
  10. We recommend serving with Căsuța mea milk. Enjoy!
