    500 g
  • White dry wine
    200 ml
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    30 g
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic
    3 clove
  • Greens

Directions

  1. Season the well-washed chicken liver with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan well with butter, add the liver, and sauté for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir regularly until it develops a nice crust.
  4. Pour in the wine, stir, and cook for another 3 minutes or until it evaporates.
  5. At the end, grate the garlic and serve with herbs alongside some cornmeal mush, polenta, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
