Directions
Season the well-washed chicken liver with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan well with butter, add the liver, and sauté for 8-10 minutes.
Stir regularly until it develops a nice crust.
Pour in the wine, stir, and cook for another 3 minutes or until it evaporates.
At the end, grate the garlic and serve with herbs alongside some cornmeal mush, polenta, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
