Directions

Beat the soft butter, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, and the salt.
Fold in the eggs. Add the honey and continue mixing.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and mix until incorporated into the dough.
Wrap it with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for an hour. Finely chop the walnuts.
Form balls and roll them through the crushed walnuts.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy! Bon appétit!
