In a pot, combine the balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, salt, and honey.
Place on the stove and stir until the salt and honey have dissolved.
Pour the liquid over the peach slices and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Season the mozzarella pearls with oregano, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.
After wrapping the peach slices in prosciutto for 30 minutes, place the remaining sauce on the stove and reduce it by half.
On small skewer sticks, pierce basil leaves and mozzarella pearls.
Place a skewer over the wrapped peaches and drizzle with the reduced sauce.
