Directions

  1. ✅ FOR THE DOUGH: In a saucepan, boil the butter with water, milk, sugar, and salt for 1 minute.
  2. ✅ Add the flour, mix vigorously and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  3. ✅ Transfer the dough into the bowl of a kitchen robot and mix at high speed until it reaches a temperature of 60°C.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing well after each one.
  5. ✅ Transfer the dough into a pastry bag, let it rest for 60 minutes.
  6. ✅ Shape eclairs of 12-14 cm, drizzle the surface with syrup and sprinkle with nuts.
  7. Bake the eclairs for 45 minutes - Temperature 170 C
  8. ✅ Let the eclairs cool and fill with chocolate cream or any preferred cream.
  9. Enjoy!
