Directions

  1. Combine the egg, brown sugar, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg and oil, mix everything well until it homogenizes.
  2. Add the flour with the baking powder and the cream.
  3. You will obtain a smooth and quite liquid dough, transfer it to a pastry bag.
  4. Fill 2/3 of the donut molds and bake for 40 minutes at 140 °C.
  5. Mix the sugar with cinnamon.
  6. Dip each pretzel in melted butter and roll in sugar on all sides. The pretzels are ready! Enjoy!
