Beat the chop pieces with a hammer to flatten them slightly.
Season on both sides with salt and black pepper.
For the sauce:
Sauté the onion until softened in a hot pan with butter.
Add the chopped garlic with the sliced mushrooms, mix and cook until reduced in volume.
Pour the wine, stir, and let it simmer until it evaporates.
Then add the tomato sauce with cream, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and blend everything together for a few minutes.
Make some spaces, place the pork chops, cover with mushroom sauce.
Boil covered until the meat is cooked.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
