Using a glass or a round mold, divide circles; with a smaller glass, deepen half of the circles.
Transfer the larger circles to a tray lined with baking paper.
Prick in places with a fork and brush with egg yolk.
Add the edges cut out earlier, gently flatten, and brush the surface with egg yolk.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes (or until nicely browned).
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Slice 100g of salmon very thinly, cut the rest into cubes.
In a bowl, add the cottage cheese at room temperature and mix with a blender until we get a creamy and fluffy composition. (If desired, you can add very finely chopped dill).
You can also season the chopped garlic and salmon with salt if needed.
Transfer the resulting mixture into a pastry bag or pouch, or work with a spoon.
Fill the little baskets with the received cream and decorate them with smoked salmon.
